Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SAP FICO modules to align with business processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP applications.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making, utilizing SAP tools for data extraction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP FICO enhancements.
- Facilitate end-user training and support, ensuring that stakeholders are proficient in SAP FICO functionalities and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes.
- SAP Certification in FICO modules is essential, showcasing expertise and commitment to the field.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services, providing relevant context to financial operations.
