Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a confirmed SAP GRDC SME to support the implementation and securing of Group Reporting and Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC) processes.
You will be working in a critical context marked by an imminent go-live phase (April 1st) , with parallel runs underway and dry runs planned in advance.
Technical skills
- Excellent understanding of SAP GR / GRDC end-to-end processes.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, challenge and validate automated controls.
- Excellent communication, document structuring, rigor and proactivity.
- Strong ability to work in sensitive contexts, subject to time constraints.
- Professional English required.
Main missions
- Validate the design of 17 18 controls (automated and semi-automated) in SAP GR / GRDC.
- Verify the consistency, relevance and compliance of controls from the perspective of SOX & internal audit .
- Provide support during parallel runs and reassemble the carts.
- Validate the linked processes:
- uploading flat files from non-SAP financial systems
- the associated control narratives
- Participate in the first execution of controls in April and ensure readiness for the closing of Q1 .
- Collaborating closely with the Finance, Consolidation, Compliance, Deloitte and Accenture teams.
- Document the discrepancies, risks, recommendations and corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+5 / Master / Engineering degree in Finance, Audit, IS, Management Control, or equivalent.
6-8 years of experience in:
- SAP Group Reporting (GR)
- SAP GRDC
- Financial consolidation process
- Internal controls and SOX compliance
Expertise in process validation , control design and compliance reviews.
Very good understanding of financial cycles, closing, reporting and consolidation.
Experience in an S/4HANA context is highly valued.
