Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module to optimize maintenance processes in manufacturing environments.
· Analyze business maintenance requirements, conduct workshops, and document functional specifications and process designs relevant to SAP PM.
· Configure SAP PM functionalities including equipment and functional location management, maintenance planning and scheduling, notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, and breakdown management.
· Ensure integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and FI (Financial Accounting).
· Participate in full project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live support.
· Provide post-implementation user support, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements to improve maintenance operations.
· Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to promote effective use of SAP PM systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance activities align with business objectives and compliance standards.
· Facilitate data migration, cutover activities, and change management related to SAP PM implementations.
