Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a confirmed SAP PLM Expert , with a Bac+5 degree and between 6 and 8 years of experience , to work on product transformation projects within complex industrial environments.
The role consists of ensuring the implementation, configuration and integration of SAP PLM, particularly in process or recipe-oriented sectors (process industry), while collaborating with the R&D, Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
Technical skills
- Good mastery of SAP integrations (PP, QM, MM, EHS).
- Understanding of PLM standards and best practices in product engineering.
- Ability to analyze, structure and formalize third-party business needs.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Main missions
- Participate in the design, configuration and optimization of SAP PLM processes , from end to end.
- Ensure the integration of SAP PLM with other SAP modules (PP, QM, MM, EHS, etc.).
- Working on PLM projects in recipe or process industries including formulation management and product lifecycles.
- Use and configure SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR) for document management and CAD integration.
- Implement and optimize Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) within complex products.
- Participate in the deployment and evolution of SAP Enterprise Product Development (EPD) solutions .
- Collaborating with third-party teams (R&D, quality, engineering, manufacturing) to analyze needs and propose relevant solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+5 / Engineering degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
Experience
- Conduct on-site audits to assess the infrastructure and feasibility of installing meters (mechanical, electrical, civil), including on complex, constrained or retrofitted networks.
- Analyze the technical documentation (PFD, P&ID, SLD electrical diagrams) in order to identify the most suitable measurement technologies , optimal installation points and meter sizes.
- Recommend metering solutions that comply with customer standards:
- meter type
- precision class
- communication protocol
- installation constraints (ATEX zones, fluids, physical parameters).
- Providing technical support to OEMs and installers , key contributors in the purchase, installation and commissioning phases.
