We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our SAP Practice in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing SAP projects end-to-end, combined with prior SAP functional experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
Travel readiness is essential, as most projects will be delivered across KSA, UAE, and Qatar.We pride ourselves on an amazing team culture and value team players who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP implementation and upgrade projects across various modules and industries.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational quality standards.
- Manage project governance, including steering committee meetings, status reporting, and change control processes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee cutover planning, testing cycles, and go-live activities.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be prepared for frequent travel to client sites in KSA, UAE, and Qatar.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of SAP Project Management experience with successful delivery of at least 3 SAP projects.
- 3+ years of prior SAP functional experience in modules such as FI, CO, MM, SuccessFactors or others.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and strong command of English.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the GCC region.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong collaborative mindset to contribute to a positive team culture.
