Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with business transformation goals.

• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Manage the impact of SAP implementation on business operations, ensuring minimal disruption while driving user adoption through effective change management strategies.
• Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, proactively developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Utilize a mix of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to meet client needs and project complexity.
• Promote best practices in SAP project management and contribute to continuous process improvements in SAP systems and project methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, and support, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
