Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP RE-FX for real estate and lease management.
- set up real estate objects, lease-in/lease-out contracts, and rent conditions.
- Implement IFRS 16 lease valuation and financial postings (ROU assets &br>liabilities).
- Integrate RE-FX with FI/CO/AA/MM/PM modules.
- Design end-to-end real estate processes: renewals, terminations, rentbr>adjustments, cashflow.
- Support data migration (contracts, master data).
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and prepare documentation.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.
- BSc. finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX implementation and support.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP RE-FX modules.
  • Strong understanding of real estate management processes and lease accounting principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in documenting business processes and technical specifications.
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with internal teams.
