Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA RISE FICO Functional Consultant to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will bridge complex financial business requirements with SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, within the regulatory and cultural landscape of the Middle East.

You will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with financial maturity and operational requirements across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 1 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, from requirements gathering and blueprinting through go-live and hypercare
  • Conduct business workshops in Arabic and English, translating financial requirements into functional specifications
  • Design and configure GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
  • Ensure compliance with Middle Eastern financial regulations, including VAT and local reporting standards
  • Manage integration between FICO and MM, SD, and HR modules
  • Oversee data migration from legacy systems using tools such as LTMC or LSMW
  • Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure system stabilization

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience

  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting)
  • Participation in 1 2 full lifecycle Greenfield or Brownfield implementations
  • Fluent Arabic & English (mandatory)
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (preferred)
