About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA RISE Project Manager to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business transformation objectives and technical project execution, within the regulatory and cultural landscape of the Middle East. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring alignment with cloud management maturity and regional planning requirements across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 1 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, from discovery and preparation through go-live and hypercare
• Manage stakeholders and conduct steering committee meetings in Arabic and English
• Develop and manage project roadmaps aligned with MENA regional challenges, including cloud transition timelines
• Apply SAP Activate Methodology to ensure strong governance, risk management, budget control, and on-time delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (FICO, SD, MM, Basis) and third-party vendors
• Ensure quality standards, VAT compliance, and local data residency requirements are met
