Your responsibilities are likely to encompass various aspects, with a strong emphasis on exceeding client expectations and aligning with our commitment to continuous improvement. In this role, you'll be adept at converting complex client challenges into effective technical solutions, ultimately enhancing our client's sales and distribution processes.

As SD Lead, you will take responsibility for the delivery of projects and programs of work from initial shaping through to delivery. You will be responsible for building a high performing functional team through strong management and mentoring of diverse project teams including but not limited to:

  • 4+ years minimum years of experience with end-to-end sap implementation in the same field.
  • High proficiency configuration skills in all areas of sap SD, with hands on experience on different end to end sales business processes.
  • Ability to lead, design & deliver good qualitative sap SD solutions to the client.
  • Ability to lead sap business workshops, fit-gap analysis, plan & design all needed activities for successful delivery.
  • Knowledge of sap SD EDOC, EDI and IDOC, with good knowledge of billing / invoice interfaces.
  • Ability to build 3PL integration interfaces withing the scope of sap SD- LE.
  • Good understanding of S4hana sales improvements releases over ECC, in terms of native apps and new functionalities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Self-motivated and organized person
  • High level of attention to detail, the ability to think architecturally at big picture and able to translate this into practical implementation.
  • Excellent ability to execute where information is ambiguous, utilizing professionalism, experience and prior knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: role will require engagement with a varied and senior stakeholder base
  • Documentation skills to provide high quality documentation for internal customers and technical teams.
  • Openness to learning and managing new technologies as business requirements change.

  • Good to have: TSCM62 SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution (ECC) or
  • TS460 SAP Certified Application Associate - S/4HANA Sales
  • Required strong technical skills and demonstrated experience in each of the following areas:
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    • Deliver right solution architecture, automation and technology choices starting from experimentation and proof of concept phases of new analytical models
    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
    • Preferred Industry Experience are Supply Chain Management, Pharma, Manufacturing, Global Trading & Cross industry.
    • Arabic is a must + English fluency
