Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Sales Specialist to join our sales team. As an SAP Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and selling SAP solutions to our customers and prospects, with specific experience in an ESN (Digital Services Company). You will be in charge of identifying the digital transformation needs of companies and proposing adapted solutions based on the SAP suite.


Main missions:


Identify and prospect new high-potential customers, focusing on SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP Business One, etc.).

Manage the entire sales cycle of SAP solutions: prospecting, qualification, presentation of offers, negotiation and closing of sales.

Analyze customers' business needs and propose SAP solutions adapted to their problems.

Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to ensure successful execution of SAP projects.

Meet and exceed sales targets while tracking KPIs.

Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to stay up to date on the evolution of SAP solutions.

Ensure competitive intelligence in the field of ERP and cloud solutions.

Qualifications

Degree in business, computer science, management or a related field (BAC+3 to BAC+5 depending on experience).

Previous experience in an ESN (Digital Services Company), with a specialization in the sale of technological or ERP solutions, preferably SAP.

Strong understanding of SAP solutions and the business processes they address (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand clients' technical needs.

Team player and ability to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders.

Good command of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies.

Fluency in English is a plus, given the international dimension of SAP projects.

Skills required:


Expertise in SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, SAP Cloud Platform).

Experience in digital services, with in-depth knowledge of business processes in different sectors (manufacturing, distribution, services, etc.).

Proven ability to manage complex sales and long sales cycles (solution selling).

Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Customer focus and strategic thinking.
