JD;

At least one E2E development/deployment experience on a SRM 7.0 implementation project or at least 4+ years of experience on SRM 7.0 maintenance and support projects

Must have a strong understanding about SRM concepts like SRM system architecture, SRM data flow, deployment scenarios such as classic, extended classic, standalone, decoupled etc.

Must have a good understanding of SRM core features such as supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract management, catalog management, Supplier performance management, etc.

SRM Process Control Workflow:

- Must have a strong understanding about business workflows

- Must be able to design, configure custom workflows and/or modify standard workflows for purchasing documents’ approval processes

- Must be aware of all related workflow concepts like decision sets, decision types, agent determination, deadline monitoring etc.

§ SRM Webdynpro:

- Must have experience in developing Webdynpro apps from scratch

- Must have experience in customizing screens / GUIs within the webdynpro framework for SRM applications.

- Must have experience in extending screen elements and Webdynpro components through extensions and field control (Personalization) and must also be aware of how to use and configure Field control.

- Experience in customizing activities such as standalone search monitors, UI element modifications and text translations, creating and changing POWLs, debugging screens etc.

§ SRM User Exits:

- Understanding of available exits across core SRM areas

- Must have working experience in implementing user exits such as BADIs, customer exits, enhancements etc.

- Working experience on exits with reference to SRM extensions and integrations

§ SRM Integration with S4 HANA:

- Integration experience with S4 HANA such as PR replication, PO creation, material replication etc. is desirable using various interface technologies like PI/PO, IDOCs, RFCs etc.

- Knowledge about SRM-MDM, Records Management

Ability to work independently as a SRM / ABAP developer

Ability to lead and manage a team, provide solutions, mentor juniors, directly interact with customers, and take total responsibility of the team’s deliverables

Break down complex functional requirements to build related activities including design, coding, testing, review, documentation

Strong coding skills with focus on quality, schedule adherence and intended outcome

Ability to handle multiple developments concurrently and manage time and schedules accordingly

Tracking, monitoring, managing and providing solutions for requirements / customizations/ defects/ issues / analysis / support / maintenance right from the time of inception until deployment to production

Ability to delegate activities and mitigate risks whenever needed

Ability to communicate directly and effectively with multiple stakeholders such as functional consultants, business SMEs, testers, end users, etc.

Willingness to learn newer technologies and continuously upgrade skillsets wherever applicable and willingness to work on non-traditional areas

Good written and oral communication skills
