Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and system design sessions.

Configure EC components such as employee data models, workflows, business rules, events, time-off, position management, and organizational structures.

Manage data migration and validation activities during implementation and go-live.

Integrate EC with Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS, and other modules using SAP CPI or APIs.

Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Develop custom reports and analytics using Story Reports / ORD / Canvas.

Partner with HR teams to enhance processes and ensure global compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
