Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirements
• Provide business consultancy based on best practices to customers in close coordination with the direct manager
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
• Assist in defining the scope of a project/opportunity while estimating efforts and project timelines
• Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization and report to direct manager
• Assist in system implementation activities of data migration and training
• Work closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define integration strategies and roadmaps accordingly
• Follow up on tickets with the customer and Vendor
• Provide project updates to the team and management
• Communicate project deliverables with the customers on regular basis
• Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the application
• Contribute to on-site user training
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
