Mission
Do you want to get involved in innovative HR projects and contribute to the digital transformation of organizations?
We are recruiting a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in the Learning, Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Succession & Development modules, to support our clients in optimizing their Talent, Performance and HR Development processes.
You will be involved in the entire project cycle, from needs analysis to post-deployment support, within a stimulating, collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Profile
Education:
Bac+5 in information systems, IT, human resources or equivalent
Professional experience:
Confirmed experience in the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, with at least one complete implementation cycle
Solid mastery of the following modules:
SAP SF Learning
SAP SF PMGM (Performance & Goals)
SAP SF Succession & Development
Functional knowledge:
Good understanding of HR processes related to training, performance management, skills development and talent management
Ability to challenge and optimize HR business processes
Mastery of good practices in project management (V-cycle, agile)
Technical and methodological skills:
In-depth knowledge of the functionalities, limitations and integrations of SuccessFactors modules
Experience in configuration, testing, writing functional specifications and change management
SAP SuccessFactors certification (at least one of the three modules) strongly desired
Personal skills:
Excellent communication and customer relations skills
Analytical mind, rigor and sense of service
Autonomy, team spirit and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
