Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional support, configurations, and enhancements for RCM and ONB modules in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Configure requisitions, candidate profiles, data models, offer approval workflows, onboarding steps, notifications, and business rules.
- Manage support tickets and own the entire lifecycle analysis, solutioning, testing, deployment, and closure.
- Monitor and support integrations with EC, SAP ECC, and third-party systems.
- Work on quarterly release activities, impact assessment, and change adoption.
- Coordinate with SAP Support for product issues and incident management.
- Support career site / CSB configurations, branding, and site updates (RMK optional).
- Prepare test plans, conduct unit testing, and support business during UAT.
- Maintain configuration documents, solution design details, and user guides.
- Provide training and knowledge-transfer sessions to business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 8 years of experience in SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding 2.0.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding processes and Launch/Activate methodology.
- Hands-on experience in data models, XML updates, career site builder, and business rules.
- Experience in integration touchpoints with EC and/or SAP ERP.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for global stakeholder interaction.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in hybrid/offshore environments with cross-functional teams.
- Professional work discipline, commitment to timelines, and collaborative team behavior.
Nice to Have:
- RMK implementation/support experience.
- SuccessFactors certifications (RCM / ONB / RMK / EC).
- Exposure to Advanced Reporting / IAS / Integration Center
