SAP Technical Architect Starlink WLL

Are you an SAP veteran who has designed enterprise landscapes, led S/4HANA migrations, and set technical direction at an organisational level? One of Qatar's leading national transport companies is looking for an SAP Technical Architect to take full ownership of their SAP technical estate — and lead a major transformation programme from the front.
This is a senior, high-impact role where your architecture decisions shape how an entire nation's transport infrastructure runs.

Architecture & Governance
Own the SAP technical architecture across the organisation. Define standards, review custom development, enforce clean core principles, and ensure every technical decision is sound, scalable, and aligned to the long-term roadmap.

ECC to S/4HANA Migration
Lead the end-to-end technical design for the migration — from landscape assessment and custom code impact analysis to migration approach and execution oversight. Greenfield, brownfield, or selective data transition — you'll know which fits and why.

Integration Architecture
Design and govern integrations between SAP and the wider enterprise ecosystem using SAP Gateway, OData, CPI, BTP Integration Suite, and middleware platforms. You set the standards — the team executes.

ABAP & Fiori Leadership
Provide technical oversight and code review governance across ABAP for HANA, CDS views, Fiori/UI5 applications, and OData services. Guide the team toward performance, simplicity, and side-by-side extensibility on BTP.

Senior Stakeholder Engagement
Be the bridge between IT leadership, business units, project managers, and SAP vendors. Mentor your team, contribute to RFPs, and represent the technical function at the highest level.
