Education: Bachelor of Science in any Engineering field or equivalent.

Hydrocarbon and process safety experience is a must, instrument and electrical background to a certain level is required.

Industry Experience: Minimum 5, as supervisor

Technical knowledge:

Proficient in process, water treatment, gas treatment, gas lift, production equipment functionality and well

Understand operational safety and ability to identify potential hazard (SimOps, pressure, lifting, etc)

Thorough understanding and use of P&ID and C&E drawings, and isolation principles

Basic understanding of instrumentation and control equipment principles, including fault diagnosis

Knowledgeable in industry process safety guidelines and procedures

Leadership: Effectively manage and motivate his team ensuring tasks are safely completed

Decision-Making: able to make informed decisions to solve problems and improve processes

Adaptable: Adjust to changing priorities and working in a complex and multicultural environment
