Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and align satellite dishes and TV systems for residential and commercial clients.
Run and connect cabling, set up receivers, and ensure optimal signal quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve signal, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Provide basic training and support to customers on system usage.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing installations.
Follow safety procedures and company installation standards.
Document work orders, installations, and technical issues.
