Responsibilities
Implementing all policies and procedures related to work within the workshop. -1
Preparing maintenance and renewal programs. - 2
3- Receiving repair requests, inspecting broken-down cars, delivering cars to technicians, following up with them, and receiving cars from them after repair.
Divide the work among the technicians and ensure that all their capabilities are utilized. - 4
Follow up on the workshop's outcomes, identify strengths and weaknesses in performance, and develop appropriate corrective plans. - 5
Implementing all steps of the employee protection program and the requirements for worker and vehicle safety - 6
Conducting individual assessments. - 7
Training new recruits on their duties. - 8
Monitoring and maintaining the overall appearance of the vehicles at the planned standard. - 9
Overseeing the implementation of the annual vehicle renewal program. - 10
- Supervising the execution of maintenance and repair work. 1 1
Identifying the required spare parts (1 & 2 )
Technical inspection of spare parts. - 1 3
Overseeing external reforms - 1.4
Ensuring the completion of work orders and the documentation cycle for issuing and installing spare parts - 1.5
Overtime operation in critical situations - 16
Good relations with the various departments of the company. - 17
Supervising the arrangement of the workshop and the cleanliness of its grounds - 18
Solving everyday problems
Qualifications
He is literate
At least 5 years of experience in the field of workshops
Familiarity with the technical principles of all workshop activities is preferred.
High communication skills

Basic computer knowledge
