Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Scaffolder for ongoing Oil & Gas maintenance projects in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidates will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and modifying scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance activities at industrial sites.

The role requires hands-on experience in working at heights, confined spaces, and high-risk industrial environments. Candidates must strictly follow HSE standards and company safety policies while working in a multi-national workforce environment.

The Scaffolder will:

  • Assemble and dismantle scaffolding systems as per project requirements

  • Inspect scaffolding materials before use and ensure structural stability

  • Follow safety protocols and permit-to-work systems

  • Use safety equipment such as Double Lanyard and SRL correctly

  • Work closely with supervisors and safety officers on-site

  • Support maintenance activities within refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas facilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in Gulf / Saudi Arabia / India in Oil & Gas field

Proven experience as a Scaffolder for a contracting company

Experience in maintenance projects for contractor companies

High School Pass (School Leaving Certificate mandatory)

Valid Scaffolder Qualification / TUV Card

Ability to work in confined spaces

Knowledge of scaffolding tools and safety equipment (Double Lanyard & SRL)

Good English communication skills (Reading & Speaking)

Strong understanding of site safety procedures and HSE compliance
