Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Certification

  • CISRS Basic Scaffold Inspection Certificate – mandatory for inspection of standard, TG20-compliant, and non-complex system scaffolds.

  • CISRS Advanced Scaffold Inspection Certificate – mandatory when inspecting engineered, critical, or complex scaffolds (as defined in MPLA-TS-0002, Section 3.4.4).

  • CISRS System Scaffold Product Training (SSPTS) – required where proprietary or prefabricated system scaffolding (e.g., cuplock, ringlock) is being inspected.


Experience

  • Minimum five (5) years' verifiable scaffolding inspection experience within oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar high-risk industrial operating environments.

  • Demonstrable working knowledge of BS EN 12810-1, BS EN 12811-1, NASC TG20, NASC SG4:10, and OSHA 1926.451.

  • Experience with both tube & fitting and prefabricated/system scaffold types.

  • Prior experience in engineered scaffold inspection (suspended, cantilevered, load-bearing, scaffolds >38m) is highly desirable.

  • Good proficiency in English language communication.

  • Candidates holding only an “awareness” level course will not be accepted.
