Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities on site

  • Ensure scaffolding works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards

  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors for scaffolding requirements and planning

  • Ensure all scaffolding materials are inspected, certified, and fit for use

  • Monitor workforce to ensure safe working practices and proper use of PPE

  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for scaffolding teams

  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, ADNOC standards, and international scaffolding codes

  • Identify hazards and implement risk control measures

  • Ensure proper tagging system (Scafftag) is implemented and maintained

  • Stop unsafe activities and report incidents, near misses, or violations

  • Maintain daily reports and coordinate inspections with client/consultant

  • Lead and manage scaffolding teams effectively to meet project deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Certified CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor

  • Minimum 10+ years of scaffolding experience (Oil & Gas preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection standards, and safety regulations

  • Experience working on major EPC / ADNOC projects

  • Ability to lead teams and manage site activities

  • Strong commitment to HSE and safe work practices

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Passed ADNOC assessment (preferred)

  • Immediate joiners preferred
