Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Revit based on Point Cloud data.

  • Execute Scan to BIM processes and deliver LOD PHONE_NUMBER models.
  • Extract 2D shop drawings and quantities.
  • Support coordination, clash resolution, and final BIM submissions.

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of BIM experience.
  • Excellent Revit skills (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in Scan to BIM / Point Cloud (ReCap, Navisworks).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
