Roles & Responsibilities

SCCM Engineer


Main tasks:

  • Ensure SCCM RUN (operational maintenance, deployment monitoring, reporting, incident resolution)
  • Manage package obsolescence and ensure their updates
  • Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents
  • Managing and coordinating incidents (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3)
  • Participate in infrastructure and transformation projects (VDI, Workplace)
  • Managing change
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation (procedures, KB, guides)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and user communication

Deliverables:

  • Technical documentation and procedures
  • Architecture files
  • Knowledge articles (KB)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Solid proficiency in SCCM
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server / Windows 11 environments
  • Experience with diagnostic tools (PowerShell, Procmon, Registry)
  • Knowledge of ITIL / ServiceNow processes (Change Management)
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, command line)
  • Experience in workplace environments and infrastructure projects
  • Ability to communicate in French and English (level B2/C1)
  • Knowledge of management and administration tools (PMAD, registry, reverse engineering)
