Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Level 3 & Level 4 construction schedules.

  • Assist project team in planning, scheduling, and execution strategies.

  • Prepare resource-loaded schedules and extract manpower requirements.

  • Develop and track 3-month lookahead schedules.

  • Perform schedule updates, monitoring, and analysis.

  • Identify delays, risks, and schedule impacts, and report to stakeholders.

  • Conduct critical path analysis and highlight key project constraints.

  • Prepare schedule narratives and reports (Gantt charts, milestones, etc.).

  • Support project team in delay notifications and claims documentation.

  • Participate in and lead weekly/monthly schedule review meetings.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling (EPC/Oil & Gas preferred).

  • Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6.

  • Experience in handling large-scale / mega projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent.

  • Basic knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation works is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

  • Ability to identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
