Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the school.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, providing insights to management.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Coordinate with auditors and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support payroll processing and related financial tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in accounting, preferably in an educational environment, is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Good command of English is required.
  • Previous experience in schools (preferable)
