Successful candidates will undergo thorough background checks, including the checking of high-quality references, verification of qualifications and identification, as well as police and overseas checks where applicable.
Desired Candidate Profile
A recognised counselling, psychology, or social work qualification (minimum Bachelor s degree; Master s preferred).
Proven school-based experience, with previous UAE experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to support children and young people through individual sessions, small-group interventions, and whole-school wellbeing initiatives.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality protocols, and best practice in pastoral care.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, leaders and external agencies.
