Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, bullying, peer relationships, and academic concerns.
Assess students emotional and social needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development and resolve conflicts.
Provide guidance on academic planning, career choices, and personal development.
Facilitate workshops and programs on mental health, life skills, and coping strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or Post Graduate degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or Education.
Master s degree (Post Graduate) in Counselling, Educational Psychology, or Clinical Psychology is preferred.
Relevant certifications in counselling or school psychology are an advantage.
Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings is desirable.
