We re growing fast and with purpose. In August 2026, we ll open our brand-new, purpose-built Secondary School building, designed to match our Go Beyond ambitions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor s degree in psychology, counselling, education or a related field.

Professional counselling qualification or accreditation such as BACP, ACA or equivalent.

Experience working with children or adolescents in counselling, pastoral or wellbeing settings.

Experience within a multicultural or international school context is an advantage.

Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and wellbeing frameworks.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport.

Ability to deliver effective one-to-one and group interventions.

Understanding of adolescent development and evidence based strategies for mental health support.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents and external professionals.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
