Role Summary

• Run the on-campus clinic; provide first aid, urgent care, and medical assessments for students and staff.
• Treat and refer cases; communicate with parents and external providers.
• Conduct screenings (vision, hearing, BMI); follow up on immunizations and chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, allergies).
• Establish and enforce health policies, emergency protocols, and infection control.
• Maintain MOH-compliant medical records and incident reports.
• Ensure clinic readiness (medicines, supplies, equipment, emergency kits).
• Train staff on first aid and common school emergencies; support events, trips, and crisis response.

Compensation

• EGP 25,000 35,000 net per month (based on credentials and scope).
• Part-time/day rate: EGP 1,000 2,000 per day.

Requirements

• MBBCh with a valid MOH license (Egypt).
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience in schools or educational institutions is a must.
• English is a must; strong communication in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Current BLS, ACLS/PALS/PEARS are a plus.
• Excellent judgment, documentation, discretion, and composure under pressure.
• Available on-site during school hours, with occasional coverage for events and trips.
