Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a full-time School Integration Teacher, you will commit to one neurodivergent child for a full academic year, working with them one-on-one and accompanying them to their mainstream school daily. Your goal is to help them integrate into the classroom and develop social and emotional skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work together with parents, school teams, and therapists as your stakeholders, maintaining professionalism as a CIPPO team member.
  • Support the child's academic and psychosocial needs according to the planning shared with the CIPPO support team and other stakeholders.
  • Adapt instructional materials to meet the child s needs.
  • Provide daily progress updates to parents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Passionate and empathetic with strong communication skills.

Creative problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 1 year in educational or psychological settings.

Proficient in English (B2 to C1 level).

Relevant qualifications in psychology or education are a plus.

Must reside in Cairo, Egypt.
