Provide first aid and basic healthcare to students and staff during school hours.

Assess and manage minor injuries and illnesses; refer serious cases to appropriate healthcare professionals.

Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed guidelines.

Maintain accurate and confidential student health records and documentation.

Conduct routine health screenings such as vision, hearing, and scoliosis checks.

Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic health conditions or special needs.

Educate students, staff, and parents on health, nutrition, hygiene, and wellness topics.

Monitor and manage communicable disease prevention and control within the school.

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health and academic success.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.

Participate in school health policy development and health education programs.

Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations, policies, and standards.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification.

Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of school health policies and regulations.

CPR and First Aid certification.
