Roles & Responsibilities

Position: School Principal (K–12)


Location: Kuwait

School Type: Bilingual

Curriculum: American


1. Nationality & Language

• Native English speaker from the U.S.A. or Canada

2. Education & Certification

• Bachelor Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field

• Valid Principal/Administrator certification or equivalent credential preferred

3. Experience

• Experience working as a teacher

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a school administrative or leadership role (Principal, Vice Principal, or similar)

• Background in K–12 school management

• Experience in international or bilingual schools is an advantage.

• Clean background check and professional references required

Desired Candidate Profile
