Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and short-term interventions for students.
- Conduct screenings and referrals; support Individual Support Plans with the SEN team.
- Lead behavior management strategies with teachers and parents.
- Deliver workshops on wellbeing, study skills, and safeguarding.
- Maintain confidential records; report concerns per policy.
- Support admissions insights for student readiness when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s or Master s in Psychology/Educational Psychology (MOH/cred. a plus).
- 2 3 years experience; education/school setting is a strong plus.
- Fluent English; excellent Arabic communication.
- Presentable, professional demeanor; strong rapport with students and parents.
- Knowledge of child development, behavior interventions, and safeguarding.
- Comfortable with case documentation and basic digital tools (SIS/email).
