Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and delivering age-appropriate quality lesson plans and education materials that adhere to national and school guidelines.
• Work on a student-centered approach, where student s needs, questions are as a top priority to be fulfilled.
• Establishing classroom, rules and regulations and ensuring that all students understand what is expected of them.
• Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments, ensuring the safety and protection of all students.
• Providing extra resources, support, and interventions for students who need more explanation and focus.
• Grading papers, updating records, and handling various administrative tasks.
• Creating an environment where students feel comfortable, respected, heard, asking questions and voicing concerns.
• Drawing up suitable assessments and delivering helpful feedback to students, parents, and other teachers.
• Participating in other school activities and regularly communicating with parents.
