Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive 1:1 online lessons tailored to individual student needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and comprehension.

  • Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments, offering specific guidance to foster student improvement and skill development.

  • Develop and curate lesson plans, activities, and resources that align with curriculum standards and promote a dynamic learning environment.

  • Monitor student progress and performance, identifying areas where students excel or require additional support, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or subject matter expertise, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

  • Holds relevant teaching certifications or licenses, showcasing a commitment to professional standards and educational best practices.

  • Has a minimum of 1-3 year of experience in online tutoring, illustrating familiarity with virtual learning environments and techniques.
