Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Science, Mathematics, Education or related field
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent)
  • Minimum of eight years teaching experience, primarily in upper primary and/or lower secondary
  • Demonstrated experience delivering the UK curriculum (National Curriculum, Cambridge, IGCSE or equivalent)
  • Valid teaching licence/registration from home country

Essential Skills:

  • Strong subject expertise in Science and/or Mathematics with ability to teach STEM disciplines
  • Skilled in differentiated, inquiry-based and student-centred instruction that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-performing team environment where flexibility and initiative are valued
  • Commitment to fostering students academic curiosity, independence and love of learning
