Responsibilities:

Design and implement inquiry-based learning experiences in line with the Science curriculum.

Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and scientific rigor in students.

Guide students in conducting experiments, science projects, and research work.

Provide personalized support to help students achieve academic success and reach their full potential.

Collaborate closely with teachers of other disciplines to encourage interdisciplinary connections.

Support students in preparation for internal assessments, including practical work, projects, and the Internal Assessment (IA) component where applicable.

Raise awareness among students about ethical, environmental, and contemporary scientific issues.

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom climate that respects diversity.

Maintain regular, constructive communication with parents.

Propose and develop innovative science teaching projects.

Promote and uphold the educational values of LFBI ICE.

Actively participate in the pedagogical life of the school and in collaborative work with colleagues.
