Scrap Metal Team Leader
Control the quality, conformity and alignment of the works carried out.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
- Participate in technical tasks in support of the team if necessary.
- Report the progress of the work to the hierarchy.
Mastery of techniques for cutting, bending and assembling reinforcements.
- Knowledge of safety rules on construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Leadership, rigor and team spirit.
