Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Coach cross-functional teams working on telecom and fintech projects
  • Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress
  • Track and report sprint metrics including velocity, burndown, and team health
  • Collaborate with Product Owners across telecom and fintech business units
  • Foster collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
  • Manage risks and dependencies across AI/ML and data platform projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Experience facilitating teams in technical environments (data, AI, software development)
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
  • Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in telecom or fintech environments
  • Advanced Scrum certifications (A-CSM, PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master)
  • Background in data science or analytics projects
  • Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices
