Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Guide the team and organization on how to use Scrum and other Agile frameworks effectively.
Oversee the Scrum process and coach teams to promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives, ensuring full team engagement.
Support Product Owners and development teams in backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning.
Ensure development processes and deliverables align with product vision and business objectives.
Promote effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Identify, highlight, and proactively escalate project risks and impediments to ensure timely resolution
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering is a must.
1 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience using Agile project management tools, including strong>Jira/strong> and strong>Azure DevOps/strong>.
Strong servant leadership mindset with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
Excellent facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies and workshops.
Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
