Roles & Responsibilities

Scrum Master

Job Purpose
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members on Agile practices, and ensure the development process runs smoothly without impediments.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Remove blockers that hinder team progress.

Promote Agile practices across the team.

Support Product Owner in backlog refinement.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

2 4 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

Preferred Certifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Professional Scrum Master
