Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) to ensure they are effective and within the timebox.

  • Remove impediments hindering the team's progress, proactively seeking solutions to roadblocks.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning.

  • Experience with Agile Project Management, Jira/Asana/ClickUpCertified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification

  • . Prior experience as a developer. Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
