Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Owner of the overall project delivery process
- Lead daily Scrum meetings and coach the team in daily problem solving
- Coach the team on Agile practices and rapid execution mindset and protect them from distractions/off-topic requests to be focused on testing and learning
- Manage dependencies and effectively communicate plans, issues and results with top management proactively and regularly
Desired Candidate Profile
Prerequisites
- Have an engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Have 3-5 years of experience in developing IT/digital solutions

Hard skills :
- Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Soft skills :
- Vision and strong empathy
- Synth spirit
- Adoption and sharing of values/INTELCIA DNA
