About the Role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile best practices and support development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach development teams on Agile frameworks and best practices.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Remove roadblocks and ensure teams remain focused on delivering value.

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align business and development goals.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile adoption.

• Monitor sprint progress and key performance metrics to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

• Experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus.
