Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, support teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) Guide teams in Agile practices, self-organization & delivery Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement Track sprint progress, velocity & performance metrics Promote Agile mindset and coach stakeholders Strong knowledge of Scrum / Agile frameworks Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence, Rally or Trello Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification (preferred). Excellent communication, facilitation & conflict resolution Location:-Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
