Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, support teams, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Guide teams in Agile practices, self-organization & delivery
- Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement
- Track sprint progress, velocity & performance metrics
- Promote Agile mindset and coach stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Scrum / Agile frameworks
- Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence, Rally or Trello
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication, facilitation & conflict resolution
