Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The SDR Associate at Manzil will support the company s sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients. This role focuses on lead generation, initial outreach, and opportunity qualification, acting as the first point of contact with prospective customers.
The SDR Associate will work closely with the sales and growth teams to build a strong sales pipeline, ensure accurate data tracking, and support the conversion of qualified leads into active opportunities. This role is based in Riyadh and is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career in sales within a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads, conduct initial outreach through calls and messages, maintain accurate CRM records, schedule meetings for the sales team, and support pipeline growth in coordination with sales and growth teams.

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Previous exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
