Sea Freight Operations Specialist (Junior/Senior)

We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Sea Freight Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–10 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about customer service and operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end sea freight operations from booking to final delivery

Coordinate import, export, and cross-trade shipments

Manage quotations, carrier communication, routing, and shipment follow-ups

Ensure smooth documentation, customs coordination, and delivery timelines

Liaise with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams

Resolve operational issues proactively and maintain high service quality

Monitor shipment profitability, costs, and operational records

Requirements

2–10 years of experience in Sea Freight Operations / Freight Forwarding

Strong knowledge of shipping processes and documentation

Experience in pricing, operations handling, and delivery coordination

Familiarity with CargoWise or similar freight systems is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus
